Staff was very friendly and available to ask questions about the menu. The kiosk ordering was quick and easy. I had a very small weight time to receive my food. My order was correct, hot and fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal!!!

First timer and will return. Fantastic burgers and fries. Got gluten free bun and was fantastic! 10/10 would recommend. Food was 20 minutes old (we were late for a pickup order) and was still amazing! Girl at pick up counter was very nice and helpful! (2 gf buns, one regular)

This is my first trip to a shake shack, although I have heard about them for years. I got the double shake burger with everything, kind of reminded me of early steak and shake, in that it was kind of greasy but very good. It definitely had a smashburger vibe. The fries were okay they were crinkle cut, with a cheddar cheese sauce. I like the strawberry lemonade, but it was nothing specia. It is so far out of town I'm not really going to call it a do-again.

I am Canadian and was visiting Ohio and have always wanted to try this place. The service was a little slow but the food was AMAZING and so worth it. The burgers tasted incredible and had the best sauce I’ve ever tasted on them. The tiramisu shake was so delicious. and the fries were perfectly salted! I even liked the interior. I wish shake shack was in Canada because I would get it so often. When I visit again I’ll 100% come back to this place.

First time trying a Skake Shack... Not bad. Ordering is a little confusing for first timers, as you order on a touch screen. I'm sure an actual person was around if you got stuck, but we figured it out and placed our order without an employee. We both got double Shackburgers. I opted to not have the Shack sauce but after trying a bite of my wife's, I should have gotten it. It's a tasty sauce. We customized it a little by adding sliced onion. We shared an order of the crinkle fries. I would probably get the cheese fries next time. Since the weather was really nice, we ate outside on their patio. Overall, a very enjoyable meal. 30 for the two of us.

By way of good fortune, I had SS at 2 locations in 3 weeks -once at Cleveland Hopkins Airport and then again at Pinecrest location. Both times - 5 STARS! Their smash burgers are really good! They know what they are doing: burgers cooked Med with sone pink; thin caramelized layer of cooked meat on each patty is perfect, visible juice and solid flavor. It looks good and tastes even better! Fries are always cooked fresh and they're hot! Highly recommend. My only complaint is the amount of avocado you get on your burger - very sad amt for 2 - would fit on a small tortilla chip. For a 12 burger, you can do better

As always, we love their food.I decided to get onion straws on my burger and it was a game changer. We went here on a Sunday and it was very busy. Today it was a Wednesday after the lunch rush and there was plenty of seats and it was quiet. Thanks!

It is quality meat with lower calories than 5 guys and also way more affordable. And it doesn't make you feel uncomfortably full afterwards. I like my burgers thin so I can taste all the other ingredients. If you like a lot of meat you can double up the patties. I'm not quite sold on the shack sauce, and they don't do a lot of substitution with condiments. You have to do that part yourself, which is kind of a bummer.
